Greetings!

Let us introduce ourselves.. We are Lynne and Malcolm Johnson, a mostly retired Canadian/British couple who enjoy escaping south during the colder months. Other than just avoiding the cold, we enjoy the Rockport / Fulton / Corpus area and all that it offers. The shrimp are definitely worth mentioning.. You will never taste a better shrimp! Fresh seafood is plentiful at the many restaurants in the area along with other local favorites. As you can see in the pictures, our grounds are beautifully maintained, the water is a short walk away, the pool is right outside the door, .. I could go on.. We love it enough that we decided to build a website about it! In the past we have had many renters, usually during the spring/summer months, who have come back year after year. However, this year we have 3 months available. June, July and August 2009 are open as our tenant of many years for this period bought his own place down the way. So if you are stuck in the city for the spring/summer and want a nice getaway please contact us at the email or phone # on the front page. As stated we'd prefer longer rentals opposed to weekend warriors and would like to keep our furnishings in the same state we left them in so we must insist on any children being 12 and over.
